摘要
本文基于我国消费品召回管理中缺陷线索信息采集内容、方法、模式,探索建立中央和省级两级消费品缺陷线索信息共享平台,实现缺陷线索信息跨地区、跨层级、跨部门间的采集标准统一、信息集中共享、交换对接.扩展信息来源范围,提升信息分析质量和数据价值,加强召回信息管理的系统性和整体性.提升政府在消费品召回及重大事件中的科学决策和风险预判,同时也为对外服务提供统一的数据支撑,实现消费品召回数据一网查询、数据互联共享。
Based on the contents, methods and modes of defect cue information collection in the management of recall of consumer goods in China, this paper explores the establishment of a central and provincial level consumer goods defect clue information sharing platform, to realize the unification of collection standards across regions, levels and departments, centralized 血仏rmation sharing and exchange clocking, expand the scope of information sources, and improve the quality of in仏rmation analysis. The platform also can enhance the value of data resources, strengthen the systematicness and integrity of recall information management, enhance the government's scientific decision-making and risk prediction in consumer recalls and major events, and provide unified data support for external services, so as to realize one-network query and data interconnection and sharing of consumer recall data.
