Countermeasures and Suggestions for the Construction of Science and Technology Service Industry in Harbin High-tech Zone

哈尔滨高新区是国家级高新区,重点发展新能源、新材料、新一代信息技术和现代服务业主导产业.形成了一批军民融合、新一代信息技术、高端装备制造产业链条,重点建设了蓝宝石、石墨等深加工产业基地。通过分析梳理哈尔滨高新区科技服务业总体现状,包括类似高新区科技企业孵化器及其平台功能不完善、产学研各主体协同创新不够等问题,提出针对哈尔滨高新区科技服务业相关对策及建议。

Harbin High-tech Zone is a state-level high-tech zone, focusing on the development of new energy, new materials, new generation of information technology and leading industries of modern service industry. It has formed a number of industrial chains of civil-military integration, new generation of information technology and high-end equipment manufacturing, with emphasis on the construction of deep processing industrial bases such as sapphire and graphite. This paper analyzes the overall situation of science and technology service industry in Harbin High-tech Zone, including imperfect functions of incubators and platforms of science and technology enterprises in similar high-tech zones, insufficient collaborative innovation among the main bodies of production, education and research, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for science and technology service industry in Harbin High-tech Zone.
