摘要
经过四十多年的改革发展,我国经济已经由短缺时期的卖方市场转变为产品追逐顾客的买方市场。在买方市场环境下,售后服务是企业销售产品的重要手段,也是企业提高客户满意度的重要措施.做好售后服务可以使企业树立良好的社会形象,稳定客户,扩大销量,带来丰厚的利润.本文以中国乐凯胶片集团公司(以下简称乐凯)为研究实体,深入分析指出了医用胶片当前在售后服务工作中存在的主要问题,并结合企业的资源能力,提出了相应改进策略,为企业改变现有售后服务状况提供参考,为相关企业提供借鉴。
After more than 40 years of reform and development, China's economy has changed from a shortage of seller's market to a buyer's market where products chase customers. Under the buyer's market environment, after-sales service is an important means for enterprises to sell their products and an important measure for enterprises to improve customer satisfaction. Good after-sales service can help enterprises establish a good social image, stabilize customers, expand sales and bring huge profits. This article makes a thorough analysis of the main problems existing in the after-sales service work ofmedical film with China Lucky Group Corporation(here in after referred to as lucky) as the research entity. In addition, relevant improvement strategies are put forward to provide reference for enterprises to change the existing after-sales service conditions and to provide reference for relevant enterprises.
