PCB菲林保护胶的配置和涂层性能研究

摘要 本文以聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯为主体,制备了一种紫外光固化型的PCB菲林保护胶。其中主要讨论了低聚物、活性稀释剂、光引发剂等因素对PCB菲林保护胶固化后涂膜的硬度、附着力以及抗划伤等性能的影响。确定了PCB菲林保护胶最佳配方条件为:低聚物的含量=25%、活性稀释剂的含量=60%、活性稀释剂IBOA:DPHA=20:40、引发剂的含量=6%、Darocur MBF:Irgacure 184=3:3。在该配方条件下得到的PCB菲林保护膜的基本性能为:铅笔硬度3H、40次500g载荷下无明显划痕,附着力达到0级、柔韧性达到2mm以及耐酒精擦拭》120次,能够满足PCB菲林保护胶耐划伤性能的要求。 Based on polyurethane acrylate(PUA) as the binder,the formulation and film properties of PCB film protected glue has been developed.The effect of the PUA oligomer,reactive dilute and the photoinitiator on film properties such as hardness,adhesion and scratch resistance was discussed.The appropriate formula of PCB film protection glue: oligomer 25%;reactive dilute 60%[m(IBOA):m(DPHA)=20:40];photoinitiator 6%[m(Darocur MBF):m(Irgacure 184)=3:3].The fundamental of cured film under the condition of the process showed that hardness was 3H,40 times scratched under 500g loaded without obvious scratch.the level of adhesion was 0,flexibility was 2mm and the alcohol resistance was over 120 times,meeting the requirements of scratch resistance about PCB film protected glue.
