摘要 为了克服现有箱缺条检测系统容易受材料表面色泽和不同规格箱装的影响,而造成检测系统稳定性和有效性欠佳的问题。提出并设计了基于PLC的负压探测式箱缺条检测系统。系统由上位机、下位机和现场推进检测部件共三部分组成。上位机选用西门子WinCC软件实现对现场运行状况的实时监控;下位机利用DFSS理念编制控制程序以满足现场需求;设计了现场推进检测部件的外形结构和气动布局。该系统在多种规格箱装和不同表面色泽箱装实施中,对缺条箱装的检出率均≥99.90%,误判率≤0.01%。基于PLC的负压探测式箱缺条系统可靠性高,误判率低,适应性强。可推广至绝大多数的箱装包装设备。 In order to overcome the problem of poor stability and effectiveness of the box lacing detection system,the existing detection system is easily affected by the color of material surface and the packing of different specifications.This paper presents and designs a negative pressure detection system of missing box based on PLC.The system consists of three parts:the upper machine,the lower machine and the field propulsion test part.Siemens WinCC software was used to realize real-time monitoring of field operation.The lower computer uses the concept of DFSS to compile control procedures to meet the field demand.The configuration structure and aerodynamic layout of the field propulsion test components are designed.The detection rate and misjudgment rate of the missing boxes are both greater than 99.90%and less than 0.01%in the case of various specifications and different surface color boxes.The negative pressure detection system of missing box based on PLC has high reliability,low error rate and strong adaptability.Can be extended to most of the packing equipment.
