非金属3D打印天线的结构成形精度测试方法与差异性分析 被引量:1

摘要 确定了一种雷达天线结构,应用激光扫描光固化技术、熔融沉积技术和控性冷沉积技术分别成形光敏树脂天线、ABS天线以及PEEK天线,并对成形精度与差异性进行了分析。对三种材质天线的尺寸精度测定发现,树脂天线尺寸精度最高,其次是PEEK天线,ABS天线尺寸精度最差;对三种不同材质的天线的表面粗糙度测定发现,树脂天线表面粗糙度最小,达到了3.65μm,显示了最佳的表面质量。 In this paper,a radar antenna structure was determined,and a set of photosensitive resin antenna,ABS antenna,PEEK antenna were manufactured by laser scanning stereolithography technology,deposition modeling technology and controlled cold deposition technology,respectively.Foremost,the fabrication accuracy and difference analysis of three radar antennas were discussed.In the study of the dimensional accuracy of different antennas,it is found that the resin antenna gets the best dimensional accuracy,followed by the PEEK antenna and the ABS antenna respectively.Then,the surface roughness of antennas were tested and found that resin antenna has a minimum surface roughness of 3.65μm,which manifests the best surface quality.
