基于结果导向的新型职业农民培育绩效实证分析——以浙江省嘉善县为例

An Empirical Analysis of the Performance of the Result-Oriented New Professional Farmer Cultivation——A Case Study in Jiashan, Zhejiang

借鉴Kirkpatrick的培训效果评价模型,设计新型职业农民培育绩效评价指标,利用问卷调查数据,从反应性、学习性、行为性和成果性绩效四方面对嘉善县新型职业农民培育绩效进行了实证分析:(1)农民对新型职业农民培育普遍满意,反应性绩效良好;(2)新型职业农民知识技能水平提高,学习性绩效显著;(3)农民职业化意愿提高,职业化行为增加,行为性绩效明显提高;(4)农业生产效益提高,农民家庭农业收入增加,成果性绩效较显著。新型职业农民培育应该因地制宜,以结果为导向,探索和构建有效的具有地方特色的新型职业农民培育体系。

Through learning from Kirkpatrick's training effectiveness evaluation model,a performance evaluation index of new professional farmer cultivation is designed.And by using questionnaire data,an empirical analysis of the performance of the new professional farmer cultivation in Jiashan is made from the four aspects of response performance,learning performance,behavioral performance and achievement performance.The results show that:(1)farmers are generally satisfied with the new professional farmer cultivation so it has good response performance;(2)the knowledge and skill level of the new professional farmers is improved so its learning performance is remarkable;(3)the farmers professionalization will is improved and their professionalization behavior is increased so the behavioral performance is significantly improved;(4)the agricultural production efficiency is improved and farmers household agricultural income is increased so the achievement performance is remarkable.Then the paper puts forward that an effective result-oriented new professional farmer cultivation system with local characteristics and suited for local conditions should be explored and constructed.
