摘要
为探究共享经济环境下用户的参与行为,以自我决定理论为基础,从内部动机和外部动机两方面出发,构建了用户参与协同消费的影响因素模型。据此设计调查问卷并进行实证研究。结果显示,内部动机中的信任和感知可持续对用户参与协同消费的态度有积极显著的影响,而外部动机中的经济获益和网络外部性对用户参与协同消费有显著影响。
In order to explore users participation behavior in sharing economy,we,based on the self-determination theory,set up an influencing factor model of users participation in collaborative consumption from the two aspects of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.On the basis of this model,a questionnaire is designed and an empirical study is carried out.The results show that trust and perception sustainability in intrinsic motivations have a positive and significant impact on users attitude to participating in collaborative consumption,and the economic benefits and network externality in extrinsic motivations have a significant impact.
