Netrin-4在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of Netrin-4 in ovarian cancer

目的:研究Netrin-4在卵巢癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:利用CSIOVDB数据库分析Netrin-4在卵巢癌中的表达情况及其与肿瘤的分期、分级、EMT和对化疗敏感性的关系。利用KM plotter数据库分析Netrin-4表达与卵巢癌预后的关系。结果:Ⅰ期卵巢癌中Netrin-4表达量明显高于Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析表明,Netrin-4表达量与EMT得分呈负相关(相关系数Rho=-0.149330,P<0.001)。化疗耐药卵巢癌患者的Netrin-4表达明显降低(P<0.01)。KM Plotter预后相关分析显示,Netrin-4低表达与卵巢癌的无进展生存率低(HR=0.75,P<0.01)和总生存率低相关(HR=0.81,P<0.05)。结论:Netrin-4表达与卵巢癌的恶性程度、分期、分级、EMT及患者的预后相关,可能作为卵巢癌治疗和预后相关的分子靶点。

Objective:To investigate expression and clinical significance of Netrin-4 in malignant ovarian tumor.Methods:The expression of Netrin-4 in ovarian malignant cancer and pathological parameters were investigated using the CSIOVDB database which contains data of 3431 ovarian malignant tumors.The relationship of Netrin-4 expression with prognosis of ovarian malignant tumors was analyzed using KM plotter database.Results:Netrin-4 expression of stage I ovarian malignant tumor was significantly higher than that of stageⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ(P<0.01).Netrin-4 expression in stageⅡ,ⅢandⅣshowed no significance(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Netrin-4 expression was negatively correlated with EMT score of ovarian malignant tumor(correlation coefficient Rho=-0.149330,P<0.001).Netrin-4 expression was significantly lower in chemo-resistant ovarian cancer patients(P<0.01).KM Plotter database showed that low Netrin-4 mRNA level was correlated with low progression free survival and overall survival in ovarian cancer patients.Conclusions:Netrin-4 expression was correlated to malignancy,stages,grades,EMT and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Therefore,Netrin-4 may be used as a new molecular target towards ovarian cancer treatment and prognosis.
