摘要 为了更好地发挥“大学生职业发展与就业指导”课程的积极作用,必须加强该课程的教学资源建设。但由于建设主体不强、时间不足和管理不力,很多主体在课程教学内容资源建设中不同程度地存在“重普轻特”的问题,即内容资源建设往往只注重普适性,而轻视甚至忽视专业领域、就业岗位和学生主体等方面的特殊性。因此,需采取强化建设主体、大力开发时间资源以及加强管理等措施,才能有效解决“重普轻特”问题。 In a bid to unleash the positive effect of the course named University Students’Career Development and Occupational Guidance,efforts must be made to enhance the construction of its teaching resources.Due to lack of power for the parties concerned,insufficient time,and inappropriate managements,parties engaged in teaching content resource construction for the course overemphasize universality and neglect situation-specific conditions,i.e.,content resource construction only focuses on general applicability but overlooks or even neglects the particular requirements for specific profession,position and students.Sucb measures as strengthening the power of parties concerned,optimizing time resources,and bettering managements should be adopted to dissolve the neglect of targeted guidance.
