摘要
回顾近十年来我国幼儿教师离职倾向领域的研究,结果显示,我国幼儿教师的离职倾向程度较低,相应的测量工具较为多元,影响幼儿教师离职倾向的因素较多,包括园所性质、工作满意度、工作环境、人格、职业承诺、职业认同、社会支持等。对此,我们可从强化幼儿教师的工作价值感、提高幼儿教师的工作胜任力、降低幼儿教师的工作压力、提高幼儿教师的职业认同感、构建良好的社会支持系统等方面建立相应策略。
With the development of preschool education,the domestic attention to the kindergarten teachers is increasing,and there are some studies in the field of kindergarten teachers’turnover intention.On the whole,the turnover intention of kindergarten teachers in China is not high,and the measurement tools are diversified.The factors affecting the turnover intention of kindergarten teachers are various,including the nature of the kindergarten,job satisfaction,work environment,personality,occupational commitment,occupational identity,social support,etc.Based on reviewing the factors influencing turnover intention of kindergarten teachers,this paper proposed some strategies to deal with their turnover intentions.
