This paper researches on the investment control of renovation project of a 400 meters standard plastic track-and-field ground,puts forward the corresponding control strategies to realize control objectives from several aspects,including the cost of project design service,selection of engineering materials,compilation of tender control price,investment control in tendering and biding,and investment control in construction process. With these measures,the project has achieved the expected investment control objectives.
