我国三大地区城市星级酒店效率评价与差异分析

Efficiency Evaluation and Difference Analysis of City Star Hotels in the Three Major Economic Regions of China

运用DEA方法对2007—2016年三大地区(长三角、珠三角、东北地区)13个主要城市星级酒店效率进行评价。结果表明:(1)在综合效率上,长三角、珠三角均明显高于东北地区,且珠三角地区效率增长趋势明显,东北地区效率波动明显。(2)在技术效率上,长三角、珠三角均明显高于东北地区,且珠三角地区效率增长趋势明显,东北地区效率波动明显。(3)在规模效率上,三大地区均处于较高水平,且珠三角和东北地区增长趋势明显。(4)13个城市星级酒店效率中,综合效率与技术效率变化趋势一致,且规模效率均处于较高水平,南京、无锡、杭州、广州、中山的星级酒店处于高水平效率;苏州、宁波、深圳、珠海的星级酒店处于中高效率水平;东北地区沈阳、大连、长春、哈尔滨城市星级酒店处于较低效率。(5)房地产发展水平、经济发展水平、旅游业及对外开放程度对三大地区星级酒店影响不同。因此,三大地区及各城市星级酒店在提升效率时应采取针对性措施。

This paper uses DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of star hotels in 13 major cities in three regions from 2007 to 2016.The result showed that:(1)From the comprehensive efficiency,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta are obviously higher than the Northeast China,and the efficiency growth trend of the Pearl River Delta is obvious,and the efficiency fluctuation of the Northeast China is obvious.(2)From the technical efficiency,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta are obviously higher than the Northeast China,and the efficiency growth trend of the Pearl River Delta is obvious,and the efficiency fluctuation of the Northeast China is obvious.(3)From the scale efficiency,the three regions are at a high level,and the growth trend of the Pearl River Delta and Northeast China is obvious.(4)Among the efficiency of star-rated hotels in 13 cities,the trend of comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency is consistent,and the scale efficiency is at a higher level.Star-rated hotels in Nanjing,Wuxi,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Zhongshan are at a high level of efficiency;Star-rated hotels in Suzhou,Ningbo,Shenzhen and Zhuhai are at a medium and high level of efficiency;Star-rated hotels in Shenyang,Dalian,Changchun and Harbin in Northeast China are at a low level of efficiency.(5)The development level of real estate,the level of economic development,tourism and the degree of opening to the outside world have different impacts on star-rated hotels in the three regions.Therefore,targeted measures should be taken to improve the efficiency of star-rated hotels in the three regions and cities.
