摘要
目的:观察复方中药对感染森林脑炎病毒小鼠血液炎性因子的影响并对其相关性进行分析。方法:制备感染森林脑炎病毒小鼠,将苦参、诃子、川楝子、栀子和紫花地丁等5味药材制成复方中药,按不同浓度对感染森林脑炎病毒小鼠进行给药治疗,ELISA法对其血清中炎性因子的含量进行测定,并对炎性因子与上游蛋白的相关性进行分析。结果:在给予中、高剂量治疗后,感染森林脑炎病毒的小鼠血清中TLR-2、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量显著降低,除地塞米松组外,其他治疗组小鼠血清中的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α均与TLR-2呈正相关。结论:本实验复方中药可以通过抑制TLR-2的表达来下调感染森林脑炎小鼠的炎症反应。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound TCM herbs on inflammatory factors encephalitis in mice with tick-borne.Methods: Sophora flavescens,Terminalia chebula,Melia toosendan,Gardenia jasminoides and Viola philippica were prepared into the compound herbs.The mice infected with tick-borne encephalitis were given the herbs at different concentrations.The serum contents of inflammatory factors were determined by ELISA method,and the correlations between inflammatory factors and upstream proteins were analyzed.Results: The serum levels of TLR-2,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased after the medium-dose and high-dose intervention.Except for Dexamethasone group,the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were positively correlated with TLR-2 in other treatment groups.Conclusion: The compound herbs can down-regulate the inflammatory response of tick-borne encephalitis by inhibiting the expression of TLR-2 in mice.
