面向新型城镇化建设的应用型本科创新人才培养模式探索

Exploration on Training Model of Applied Undergraduate Innovative Talents for Construction of New Urbanization

新时期扎实推进我国新型城镇化进程的关键在于创新型人才的培养,本科应用型人才的培养更是重中之中。文章以湖南工业大学城市与环境学院为例,在深入分析新型城镇化建设对本科应用型人才“新”需求与“新”要求的基础上,紧密结合城市与环境学院多学科交叉的鲜明特色与实际,尝试构建“一面向+两能力+三融合+四体系+五支撑”的应用型本科创新人才培养模式,提出有效推进该模式实施的相关建议,旨在为积极助推新型城镇化建设提供强有力的人才支撑。

The key of promoting the process of new urbanization in China in the new era lies in the innovative talents cultivation in which the undergraduate application-oriented talents'cultivation is more important.The paper takes the School of Urban and Environment Sciences of Hunan University of Technology as an example to analyze the under-graduate applied talents'new demand for new urbanization construction and construct a"one orientation+two abilities+three integrations+four systems+five struts"model of applied undergraduate innovative talents cultivation.The paper proposes some suggestions for the effective implementation of the model.
