摘要
中国饮食文化在世界范围内产生着重要影响。作为中国文化的宣传交流者,高职旅游专业学生有必要学习中国饮食文化翻译知识。目前,高职旅游专业学生在中国饮食文化翻译学习中存在英语基础薄弱、专业词汇量不足、语法知识局限以及跨文化交际意识欠缺等问题。为有效应对上述问题,教师应在课前准备、课堂实施、作业布置及课外活动等教学环节中积极探索,坚持将设计各类专项训练、采用多种教学模式、布置形式多样的分组作业并鼓励学生进行大量丰富的资料阅读等方法运用于教学之中,改善教学技巧,从而提高学生学习该课程的效果。
Chinese food culture has influenced the whole world.Vocational college students majoring in Tourism,as the communicator of Chinese culture,are necessary to have rich knowledge of Chinese food culture and have a mastery of translation skills to introduce the culture to foreign tourists.The paper investigates the translation teaching to students of tourism specialty and data shows that there are some problems in the teaching.Based on the analysis,the author proposes some measures to improve the teacher's translation teaching skills and the students'learning effect.
