“思政+双创”协同育人模式的青海实践——以青海大学为例

Practice of“Ideological Education + Double Creatives”Collaborative Education Model in Qinghai Province

构建“思政+双创”协同育人模式是培养时代新人的需要,也是回归大学根本职能的需要。青海高校在推进“思政+双创”协同育人模式过程中,坚持在回答时代问题过程中加强对大学生的“三观”教育,坚持将理论灌输和启发性教育相结合,并取得较好的成效。既强调思政课的主渠道作用,又坚持以“双创”教育为载体、促进思政教育提质增效,这是青海高校推进“思政+双创”协同育人模式的基本经验。推进“思政+双创”协同育人模式深度融合,必须树立以素质教育为核心,深化“两个课堂”相结合的教育理念;优化高校思政教育教学模式,推进青海高校双创教育体制改革;优化创新创业实践基地建设,打造协同育人体系;加强人才培养和制度保障,积极储备扎根青海的高素质应用型人才。

The paper argues that the construction of the"ideological education+double creatives"collaborative education model is the need for universities in China to train new people of the times.The author of the paper investigates the colleges and universities in Qinghai province on their implementation of the"ideological education+double creatives"collaborative education.It is concluded that this education model is effective with its good results.
