In this paper,the classification of the steering system and the structure of the column-type electric power steering system are outlined,and the dynamic equation is derived.The working principle of each sub-module of the column-type electric power steering system and its key technologies and experiences involved in the development process are introduced in detail,and the steering system matching is explored.
