Analysis of the Influence of ORVR on Automobile Manufacturing Process

通过对车载加油油气回收系统(ORVR)的结构和工作原理进行分析,指出ORVR系统对汽车制造工艺的影响。文章主要通过台架试验分析ORVR系统在高JPH工厂出现的加注工艺问题,提出方便可行的工艺解决途径,即通过改造加注设备、增加调速装置和冷却机的方式,提高燃油加注速度,保证生产线的效率和安全。

Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of ORVR(Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery),the influence of the ORVR system on the automobile manufacturing process is pointed out.Through the bench experiment,the problem of ORVR fuel system in the injection process of the high JPH factory is analyzed.Then the feasible solutions are proposed,which are modifying the injection equipment,adding speed regulating devices and chiller machines in order to increase the speed of fuel filling and ensure the main line efficiency and safety.
