逍遥散结合生物反馈治疗肝郁气滞型功能性肛门直肠痛30例

Clinical Efficacy of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Functional Anorectal Pain with Type of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation

目的:探究逍遥散结合生物反馈治疗肝郁气滞型功能性肛门直肠痛的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊于本院的肝郁气滞型功能性肛门直肠痛患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均应用生物反馈进行治疗,其中观察组联用逍遥散口服及灌肠,共治疗30d,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、盆底表面肌电值、总有效率等,以此评定两种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组较对照组总有效率、快速收缩AVG Peak、间断收缩AVG明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疼痛视觉模拟评分、放松状态AVG、肌电变异性CV显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散结合生物反馈对缓解肝郁气滞型功能性肛门直肠痛症状、提高患者生活质量效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of xiaoyao powder combined with biofeedback in the therapy of functional anorectal pain with type of liver depression and qi stagnation.Methods:60 patients with type of liver depression and Qi stagnation type of functional anorectal pain who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were selected.Both groups used biofeedback,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao powder oral and enema for a total of 30 days,and the VAS score,facial electromyography value and the overall efficiency were compared before and after treatment,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment options.Results:After treatment,the overall efficiency,rapid contraction AVG Peak and intermittent contraction AVG of the observation group were dramatically higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scores,relaxation AVG and emg CV were significantly reduced,with observably differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao powder combined with biofeedback has significant effects on the improvement and prognosis of functional anorectal pain with liver depression and qi stagnation,and can markedly enhanced the quality of life of patients.
