健脾益肾补气汤对大肠癌术后患者免疫功能及癌因性疲乏的影响

The Effect of Jianpi Yishen Buqi Decoction on Immune Function and Cancer-related Fatigue in Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:观察健脾益肾补气汤辅助常规化疗对大肠癌术后患者免疫功能及癌因性疲乏的干预效果。方法:掷硬币法将87例大肠癌术后患者分为观察组(44例)和对照组(43例),两组在常规FOLFOX4化疗基础上,对照组予补中益气合剂,观察组服用健脾益肾补气汤,均治疗3个月,对比两组治疗效果、癌因性疲乏及免疫功能情况。结果:观察组3月末CD8^+水平、躯体疲乏及总疲乏评分和骨髓抑制率均低于对照组,CD4^+、CD3^+及D4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌术后患者常规化疗基础上联合健脾益肾补气汤治疗,对癌因性疲乏状态及免疫功能有明显改善效果,且骨髓抑制较少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yishen Buqi Decoction on the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer and its effect on immune function and cancer-related fatigue.Methods:The patients who underwent postoperative coin cancer were divided into observation group with 44 cases and control group with 43 cases.On the basis of conventional FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,the control group was given Buzhong Yiqi Mixture,and the observation group was given Jianpi Yishen Buqi Decoction.The two groups were treated for 3 months,the therapeutic effect,cancer-related fatigue and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The CD8+level,physical fatigue and total fatigue score and bone marrow suppression rate in the observation group was lower than those in the control group at the end of March.The levels of CD4^+,CD3^+and D4^+/CD8^+were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The routine chemotherapy of patients with colorectal cancer combined with Jianpi Yishen Buqi Decoction can improve the cancer-induced fatigue state and immune function,and the patients have less bone marrow suppression.
