暖宫化瘀汤配合穴位贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经41例

41 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea with Type of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Treatment with Nuangong Huayu Decoction Combined with Acupoint Sticking

目的:通过对自拟暖宫化瘀汤配合穴位贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效观察,探讨暖宫化瘀汤配合穴位贴治疗原发性痛经的临床应用价值。方法:收集2013年7月-2017年7月在我院进行暖宫化瘀汤配合穴位贴治疗的寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者82例,随机平均分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组单纯口服暖宫化瘀汤剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴治疗,观察两组患者治疗后疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为92.7%,对照组总有效率为63.4%,两组临床疗效差别有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:暖宫化瘀汤联合穴位贴是防治寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经发作的有效方法,不良反应少,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Nuangong Huayu decoction combined with acupoint sticking in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods:82 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group from July 2013 to July2017.The control group was treated with Nuangong Huayu decoction only orally,while the observation group was treated with acupoint sticking on the basis of the control group,and the curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 92.7%in the observation group and 63.4%in the control group.There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nuanggong Huayu Decoction combined with acupoint sticking is an effective method to prevent and treat primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood coagulation and stasis type,with fewer adverse reactions and higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
