子午流注择时热敏灸对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:评价子午流注择时热敏灸疗法对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年6月本院妇科腹腔镜术后患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组给予子午流注择时热敏灸治疗,对照组给予普通艾灸治疗。两组均接受术后常规护理,并于术后6h开始艾灸,术后第3天即停止干预。观察和比较两组术后腹胀发生率、疲劳记分、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气和排便时间、术后不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组术后腹胀发生率明显降低(P<0.05),术后第1天、第3天的疲劳记分均有明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),肠鸣音恢复时间较早(P<0.01),首次排气和排便时间均提前(P<0.01)。观察组、对照组术后不良反应率分别为10%、32%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:子午流注择时热敏灸疗法能更有效地促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of heat-sensitive moxibustion on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:100 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with midnight-noon ebb-flow of heat-sensitive moxibustion,while the control group was treated with conventional moxibustion.Both groups received postoperative routine nursing,and started moxibustion 6 h after surgery,and stopped the intervention on the third day after surgery.The rate of postoperative abdominal distension,fatigue score,bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust and defecation time,and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the rate of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was reduced(P<0.05),and the fatigue score on the first and third days after the operation was significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),the recovery time of bowel sound was earlier(P<0.01),the time of first exhaust and defecation were advanced(P<0.01).The rates of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 10%and 32%respectively,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The midnight-noon ebb-flow of heat-sensitive moxibustion can more effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients.
