基于系统视角的江西省中药产业绿色发展模式研究

Study on the Green Development Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry in Jiangxi Province Based on System Perspective

运用系统理论分析江西省中药产业发展的现状,找出江西省中药产业违背绿色发展理念的现象,并从系统内外部探索江西省中药产业绿色发展的模式。江西省中药产业实现绿色发展在系统内部应优化监管环境,改善资源供应环境,提高产品质量,倡导循环经济,拓宽筹资渠道;在系统外部应建立配套政策,完善法律法规,加大资金支持力度,重视宣传教育,提高信息化水平,加强绿色化技术开发。

This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine industry in Jiangxi province,finds out the phenomenon that the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry in Jiangxi province violates the concept of green development,and explore the green development mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine industry in Jiangxi province from inside and outside of the system.The green development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry in Jiangxi province should optimize the regulatory environment,improve the environment of resource supply,improve the quality of products,advocate circular economy,widen the channels of financing,establish supporting policies and perfect laws and regulations outside the system,increase financial support,pay attention to publicity and education,improve the level of information,and strengthen the development of green technology.
