摘要
介绍了天铁动力厂M251S型燃气轮机的控制模式选择逻辑和实际生产过程中出现的燃气轮机无法加载到额定负荷的故障。对故障产生的可能的原因进行了分析,分析结果表明:燃气轮机的煤气压缩机和空气压缩机工作正常,热值仪工作异常,原因包括零点和量程校验不准、标准气体不达标以及采样气体热值超过热值仪的量程等。整改后解决了这些问题,燃气轮机恢复正常工作。
This paper introduces the control mode selection logic of M251S gas turbine of Tiantie Power Plant and the failure that the gas turbine in actual production cannot be loaded to rated load.The possible causes of the fault are analyzed.The results show that the gas compressor and air compressor of the gas turbine work normally and the calorific value meter is abnormal,including the zero point and range calibration is not correct,the standard gas does not meet the standard and the sampling gas heat value exceeds the range of the calorific value meter.After rectification,these problems were solved and the gas turbine returned to normal operation.
