The equipment of distributed control system(DCS)of the original oxygen turbine compressor in Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.is aging and can no longer work properly.This paper introduces the transformation scheme,the configuration of software and hardware of the system,the problems encountered in the transformation process and the solutions.After the transformation,the stable operation of the equipment is guaranteed.
