Improvement of application efficiency of electric blower of blast furnace in Tiantie

通过分析高炉配套的AV-90电动鼓风机的工作参数、老区三座高炉所需风量和风压,制定了以一台AV-90电动鼓风机代替老区三台小鼓风机为老区三座高炉提供冷风的供风方案,实施后解决了旧风机风压不足、风量过大、无法升级、防喘振保护不全、调节功能不完善等问题。

By analyzing the working parameters of AV-90 electric blower matched blast furnace,the air volume and wind pressure required by three blast furnaces in the old area are analyzed,and the air supply scheme of using one AV-90 electric blower instead of three small blower in the old area to provide cold air for the three blast furnaces in the old area is worked out.After implementation,the problems such as insufficient wind pressure of the old fan,too large air volume,unable to upgrade,incomplete anti-surge protection and imperfect adjustment function are worked out.
