摘要
对取自四条生产线的烧结矿样品的主要元素的测定结果进行拟合统计处理,计算相对偏差,进行工作曲线校正以消除条件因素、粒度效应和基体效应的影响,形成了自制内控标准样品工作曲线。对应用熔片法与压片法的分析结果进行了对比,结果表明重复性和再现性均较好。采用自制内控标准样品工作曲线进行烧结矿的荧光分析既缩短了检验分析周期,又满足了生产配料要求。
The determination results of the main elements of sinter samples taken from four production lines were fitted and statistically processed,the relative deviation was calculated,and the working curve was corrected to eliminate the effects of conditional factors,particle size effect and matrix effect,and the working curve of self-made internal control standard samples was formed.The analysis results of melt method and sheet pressing method are compared,and the results show that the reppeatability and reproducibility are better.The fluorescence analysis of sinter by using the working curve of self-made internal control standard sample not only shortens the inspection and analysis period,but also meets the requirements of production batching.
