摘要 以15CrMoR钢为基层、两种TP347焊带为堆焊层,采用稀释率较低的电渣焊工艺制备单层堆焊试样,并对试样进行理化及耐蚀性能评价。结果表明,两种堆焊试样的力学性能、硬度、化学成分及铁素体含量均满足标准要求,且耐晶间腐蚀性能良好。高温高压氢剥离试验结果表明,在较低的降温速率下两种堆焊试样均未发生剥离,但是在较高的降温速率下发生了剥离;电解充氢试验结果表明,A堆焊试样发生剥离而H堆焊试样未发生剥离,这说明H试样堆焊层熔合区相比于A试样,具有更高的抗氢剥离性能。 With 15CrMoR steel as the base metal and with TP347 welding strips from two companies as the deposited layer,the mechanical and corrosion resistance of the single-layer deposit specimens prepared by electroslag welding technology with a relatively low dilution rate was evaluated.The results show that the mechanical properties,hardness,chemical composition and ferrite content of the two types of the specimens all meet the standard requirements,and the intergranular corrosion resistance was good.The test results of the high temperature and high pressure hydrogen disbonding show that the disbonding did not occur in the two deposit welded specimens under lower cooling rate,but occurred under higher cooling rate.The results of the electrolytic hydrogen charging test show that disbonding occurred in specimen A,but disbonding was not observed in specimen H,indicating that the deposit layer of specimen H was more resistant to hydrogen disbonding than specimen A.
