摘要
壁厚为42mm的不锈钢球罐,此规格厚度属国内之最。其球壳板放样、压制等制作过程不同于通常低合金钢制球壳板,尤其厚壁坡口切割成型难度更大。针对2000m^3不锈钢球罐的球壳板制造主要技术难点,简述了坯料尺寸的确定、放样、压制及切割等工艺,结果完全满足此规格的厚壁不锈钢球罐的制造要求。
The wall thickness of stainless steel spherical tank is 42 mm,the thickness of this specification is the thickest in China.The lofting and pressing process of its spherical plates is different from that of low alloy steel,especially,it is more difficult to cut grooves on thick wall.In this paper,with respect to the main technical difficulties in the manufacture of 2 000 m^3 stainless steel spherical shell plates,the processes of sizing,lofting and pressing of blanks were described,and the results completely meet the manufacture requirements of this specification of thick-wall stainless steel spherical tank.
