摘要
供热燃煤锅炉的烟气一般采用湿法脱硫工艺,低温湿烟气经过混凝土烟囱排放。低温湿烟气具有强腐蚀性,且含有微尘颗粒,经过烟囱时,易结露,呈正压,对烟囱产生腐蚀和摩擦损坏。探讨对新旧烟囱在该环境下,适合采取的抗腐蚀、抗摩擦构造。
The flue gas of heating coal-fired boiler generally adopts a wet desulfurization process,and the low-temperature wet flue gas is discharged through the concrete chimney. The low-temperature wet flue gas is highly corrosive and contains fine dust particles. When passing through the chimney,it is easy to dew and is positive pressure,causing corrosion and friction damage to the chimney. The anti-corrosion and anti-friction structures suitable for the new and old chimneys in this environment are discussed.
