摘要
提出利用热用户富余压头作为水轮发电机驱动势,实现自供电式二级管网平衡调控。对自供电式二级管网平衡调控系统流程、调控策略、水轮发电机选型原则进行分析。
It is proposed to use the thermal user surplus pressure head as the driving potential of the hydro-generator to achieve the balance regulation of the self-powered secondary circuit. The process of self-powered secondary circuit balance control system,the regulation strategies and the selection principle of hydro-generator are analyzed.
