摘要
针对城镇燃气管道置换工程,调研了置换速度、管径、管道长度对混气段长度的影响,设计研制了自动化程度较高的橇装化移动计量装置,用于计量城镇燃气管道置换工程的燃气用量,进行城镇燃气管道置换工程的现场试验。综合文献研究结果和现场试验数据,得出城镇燃气管道置换工程放散量统计建议:对于直接置换法,置换管道长度大于等于4km,且置换气源压力为次高压及以下时,燃气标况放散体积与管道容积之比(即换算系数)可近似取1。在置换管道长度为0~4km条件下,若置换气源压力为次高压,则换算系数可近似取2.4;若置换气源压力为中压,则换算系数可近似取1.3。
For the city gas pipeline purging project,the influence of purging speed,pipe diameter and pipe length on the length of the gas mixing section was investigated. A skid-mounted mobile metering device with high degree of automation was designed and developed to measure the gas consumption of the urban gas pipeline purging project. The field test of the urban gas pipeline purging project was performed. Combining the literature research results and field test data,the statistical recommendations for the release quantity of urban gas pipeline purging project are obtained. For the direct purging method,when the length of the purging pipeline is greater than or equal to 4 km,and the purging source pressure is sub-high pressure and below,the ratio of release volume to pipe volume (namely conversion factor) under gas standard condition can be approximated to 1. Under the condition that the length of the purging pipeline is 0 to 4 km,if the purging source pressure is sub-high pressure,the conversion factor can be approximated to 2.4;if the purging source pressure is medium pressure,the conversion factor can be approximated to 1.3.
