降黏剂+氮气增能技术在达14断块稠油油藏中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 白音查干凹陷达14断块低黏度稠油油藏,常规开发存在采出程度低、综合含水高、储量动用不均、注水效果差等问题。针对这些问题,结合低黏度稠油开发特点,提出降黏剂+氮气增能的开发思路。降黏剂使稠油乳化降黏,并解除近井地带重质有机物堵塞,而氮气的注入补充了地层能量,保持了地层压力,最终提!原油的采收率。措施实施后,日产油相比阶段前增加14.0t,含水下降24.0%,累计增油2991t,平均单井增油332t。该研究对同类油藏注氮辅助化学降黏开采具有重要指导意义。 The regular development of heavy oil reservoirs at Da14 fault block in Baiyinchagan Depression presents problems like low recovery degree,high water content,uneven reserve development,and poor water injection results.To solve these problems,combining with the characteristics of low viscosity heavy oil development,viscosity reducer+Nitrogen energizing method is put forward.Viscosity reducer emulsifies the heavy oil,and removes near wellbore heavy organic plugging.The injection of nitrogen supplements energy,maintains stratum pressure,finally improves the recovery of heavy oil.After implementation,daily oil compared with the former increased 14.0 tons,water cut down 24.0%,the cumulative increase of oil by 2991 tons,the average single well production increased 332 tons of oil.The study has important guiding significance for Viscosity reducer+Nitrogen energizing technology in similar reservoirs.
