资助育人是新时期资助工作的新使命,随着高教综合改革的深入推进,高校资助工作不断呈现出新变化、新态势。从新时期高校贫困生需求现状的素描图像出发,探讨提出了心理帮扶和经济资助并举、注重社会责任感和能力的培养、融入人文关怀精神系列活动、注重政策落实监控、贯彻落实贫困生"四访"制度和完善"三位一体"资助育人模式等合乎当今社会和学校需求的资助育人工作路径,对我国高等教育的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

Subsidizing and educating students is the new mission of the subsidizing work in the new era.With the deepening ofthe comprehensive reform of higher education,the subsidizing work of universities is constantly showing new changes and new trends.Starting from the sketch picture of the current demand situation of poor students in universities in the new era,this paper explores and puts forward the subsidizing and educating paths that meet the needs of the society and schools today,such as the combination of psychological assistance and financial assistance,the cultivation of social responsibility and ability,the integration of humanistic care spirit,the monitoring of policy implementation,the implementation of the"four visits"system for poor students and the perfection of the"trinity"subsidizing and educating mode.These are very important and practical to the sustainable development of higher education in China.
