摘要
本实验以SnO2为负载,通过改变Sn^2+含量,制备二氧化钛半导体复、合材料。采用正交实验,得出SnCl2溶液(0.1mol/L)含量为3mL、煅烧温度为500℃、煅烧时间为3h对甲基橙降解率为92%。并对该条件下制备的复合光催化材料进行XRD、红外谱图分析,并对其进行重复性实验,产品性能稳定,经四次循环实验后,对甲基橙降解率仍可达68%。
In this experiment,a titanium dioxide semiconductor composite material was prepared by changing the content of Sn2+ by using SnO2 as a load.By orthogonal experiment,it was found that the content of SnCl2 solution(0.1 mol/L)was 3 mL,the calcination temperature was 500℃,and the calcination time was 3 h.The degradation rate of methyl orange was 92%.The composite photocatalytic materials prepared under the conditions were analyzed by XRD and IR spectra,and the repeatability experiments were carried out.The product performance was stable.After four cycles of experiments,the degradation rate of methyl orange was still up to 68%.
