水性玻璃漆中甲醚化氨基树脂的选择及应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同类型的甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为交联剂,制备不同配方的水溶性玻璃高温烤漆,配方内容包括涂料的制备工艺、关键点控制等;性能测试包括外观、粘度、贮存稳定性、耐酸碱性、交联密度、附着力、耐水性、耐醇性、漆膜恒温热贮存性等。研究表明不同类型氨基树脂制备的玻璃漆,所体现的性能侧重点不同,但附着力、耐化性、耐水性等均满足玻璃漆的国标及行业内要求,根据性能特殊要求可选择不同类型的氨基树脂。 Different types of methylated amino resin were used as crosslinker to prepare water-soluble glass high-temperature baking paint with different formulations,including the preparation process and key points control of the coating.Performance tests include appearance,viscosity,storage stability,acid and alkaline resistance,crosslinking density,adhesion,water resistance,alcohol resistance,paint film thermostatic heat storage,etc.The results show that the properties of different amino resins are different,but the adhesion,chemical resistance,water resistance and so on all meet the national standard and industrial requirements of glass paint,and different types of amino resins can be selected according to the special requirements of properties.
