摘要
对江苏两个填埋场垃圾渗滤液剩余污泥的药剂投加实际值进行烧杯试验复核,探索烧杯试验阶段的最佳经济投加量,重点优化PAM的投加量,试验结果表明:当选用GK8065型阳离子PAM,设定PAM价格25000元/吨,PAC价格2700元/吨时,若仅投加PAM,则吨污泥的药剂成本为8.75~9.15元,较实际运行费低8.5%~12.5%;若PAM及PAC复合投加,则吨剩余污泥的药剂成本为:7.88~8.31元,较实际运行费低16.9%~21.15%。
The actual dosage of excess sludge from leachate of two landfills in Jiangsu Province was checked by Jar test.The optimum economic dosage during Jar test was explored,with emphasis on optimizing the dosage of PAM.The test results show that:when GK8065 cationic PAM is selected,the price of PAM is set at 25000 yuan/ton and the price of PAC is 2700 yuan/ton.If only PAM is added,the cost of the agent per ton of sludge is 8.75~9.15 yuan,which is 8.5%~12.5%lower than the actual operation cost.When PAM and PAC are added together,the cost of the agent per ton of excess sludge is 7.88~8.31 yuan,which is 16.9%~21.15%lower than the actual operation cost.
