CO2驱注采井咪唑啉缓蚀剂吸附膜有效期研究

摘要 本文以高温高压反应釜为实验工具,探索了在高温高压CO2腐蚀环境中,不同的CO2分压及产液速度对咪唑啉缓蚀剂缓蚀率的影响规律。实验表明,在实际应用的压力范围内,咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀率基本不受CO2分压的影响,咪唑啉缓蚀剂具有很好的耐压性;相同条件下,产液速度对咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀率有较大的影响,产液速度在20m^3/d之内时,缓释率在90%以上,缓释效果非常好,但之后随着产液速度的增加,缓蚀剂的缓蚀率出现了大的下滑趋势,直到产液速度在40m^3/d之后,缓蚀剂的缓蚀率趋于稳定。 In this paper,influence of different CO2 partial pressure and liquid production rate on inhibition rate of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor was studied in high temperature and high pressure CO2 corrosion environment by means of high temperature and high pressure reactor.The results show that the corrosion inhibition rate of imidazoline inhibitor is almost not affected by CO2 partial pressure in the pressure range of practical application,and imidazoline inhibitor has good pressure resistance;under the same conditions,the rate of liquid production has a great effect on the inhibition rate of imidazoline inhibitor.When the liquid production rate is within 20 m^3/d,the slow-release rate is over 90%with good sustained-release effection.However,with the increase of liquid production rate,the corrosion inhibition rate of the inhibitor showed a large downward trend,until the liquid production rate of 40 m^3/d,the corrosion inhibition rate of the inhibitor tended to be stable.
