摘要
本文主要对吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水机理、制备方法、应用以及目前研究中存在的问题及其解决方法做了简单总结。吸水膨胀橡胶主要通过物理共混和化学接枝方法得到,目前存在的主要问题是吸水树脂与基体橡胶相容性差,吸水组分易析出,主要通过添加相容剂来提高材料的性能。
In this paper,the water absorption mechanism,preparation method,application,existing problems in current research and their solutions of water swelling rubber are briefly summarized.Water-absorbent expanded rubber is mainly obtained by physical blending and chemical grafting.At present,the main problems are poor compatibility between water-absorbent resin and matrix rubber,easy precipitation of water-absorbent components,and mainly by adding compatibilizers to improve the properties of materials.
