摘要 本文介绍了用于启动乙烯环氧化制备环氧乙烷工艺中高性能银催化剂的开车方法。通过在开车初期对原料气中乙烯、氧气、二氧化碳、微量调节剂等组份的调控,结合对反应温度的调节,从而对催化剂的选择性和活性进行调节。在催化剂启动开车初期约0-120小时内,可使装置负荷快速提升,催化剂选择性拉升迅速且活性稳定,为后续催化剂高效稳定运行打下基础。 A starting method of high performance silver catalysts for ethylene epoxidation was introduced.The selectivity and activity of the catalysts can be improved by adjusting the components such as ethylene,oxygen,carbon dioxide and micro-regulator in the raw gas at the initial of starting process,not only by adjusting the reaction temperature.Within 0-120 hours at the catalysts start-up,the load can be rapidly increased.Meanwhile,the catalyst selectivity can be rapidly raised and the activity stays stable,laying a foundation for the efficient and stable subsequent operation to catalysts.
