摘要
2,6-二甲酚发生C-C、C-O选择性氧化偶联反应,分别是合成3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯二酚以及制备聚苯醚的主要途径。由于该反应选择性较差,副产物较多,造成氧化偶联产物价格昂贵,而且主要依靠进口。本文详细讨论了2,6-二甲酚氧化偶联反应机理,并总结了2,6-二甲酚发生选择性氧化偶联的影响因素。
The selective C-C and C-O oxidative coupling reaction of 2,6-dimethyphenol were the main routes to synthesize 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbiphenol and poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene ether),respectively.Owing to the poor selectivity and the high by-products of the oxidative coupling reaction of 2,6-dimethyphenol,these oxidative coupling products were expensive and mainly depended on imports.In this paper,the mechanisms of this oxidative coupling reaction are discussed in details,and the influencing factors of selective oxidative coupling of 2,6-dimethyphenol are summarized.
