Ensuring the efficiency of processing,ensuring the discharge of standards,controlling operational risks and reducing operating costs are the key to the operation and management of industrial sewage treatment plants.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the operation of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park,puts forward a feasible operation maintenance and management plan,and tries to provide a useful reference for the operation and maintenance of the sewage plant in the industrial park.
