摘要
从废水水质特性、处理工艺分析、设计参数及经济分析等方面,介绍了某汽车制造厂的切削液、乳化液废水和含油废水处理工程等。工程实践表明,选用“机械格栅+pH调节+隔油池+气浮”作为本工程预处理工艺,选用“厌氧+缺氧+好氧+MBR工艺”作为本工程生化处理工艺,该工艺成熟,处理效率高,出水水质稳定,节省占地面积和能耗,运行费用低,并且可实现自动化管理。本工程废水经污水处理设施处理后,达到中华人民共和国建设部标准《城市污水再利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)。
From the aspects of water quality characteristics,treatment process analysis,design parameters and economic analysis of wastewater,the cutting fluid,emulsified wastewater and oily wastewater treatment engineering of an automobile factory are introduced.The engineering practice shows that“mechanical grid+pH regulating+oil separation+tank air floatation”is chosen as the pretreatment process of this project,and“Anaerobic+anoxic+aerobic+MBR process”is chosen as the biochemical treatment process of this project.The process is mature and has high treatment efficiency.The effluent quality is stable.The process can save space and energy consumption,besides,it can realize automatic management.After being treated by sewage treatment facilities,the wastewater of the project meets the standard of the Ministry of Construction of the people undefineds Republic of China<Municipal Wastewater reuse Water quality>(GB/T18920-2002).
