府谷县城工程开发建设水保评估及补充方案

Soil and water conservation assessment and supplementary scheme for development and construction of Fugu County

为处理好府谷县城民生工程与水土保持之间的关系,在调查府谷县高级中学、府谷县职业中学、府谷县中医院三大民生工程区生态环境状况及水土保持现状的基础上,分析了项目区三大工程水保方案,依据项目建设水土保持原则和国家水土保持法律、法规,采用现场调查和资料对比法,从海绵城市、低影响开发建设、水土保持、生态文明建设4个方面,对项目开发建设的水保方案进行了详细地评估,并提出了典型水保方案,以确保项目科学可行,顺利建设。

In order to coordinate the livelihood projects with the soil and water conservation at Fugu County, the current status of ecological environment as well as soil and water conservation was investigated for the three livelihood project areas of Fugu County Senior High School, Fugu County Vocational School and Fugu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on which the authors analyze the soil and water conservation schemes for the threeproject areas;assess these schemes by site investigation and data comparison method from four aspects of sponge city, low impact development and construction, soil and water conservation and ecological civilization in accordance with soil conservation principle and law;and put forward typical soil and water conservation scheme to ensure the feasibility of project and smooth construction.
