摘要
解决农村留守青少年问题,需要家庭、学校和社会的力量。针对农村留守青少年问题产生的原因,思考农村学校教育的创新思路,提出针对留守青少年的个性特点和个性需求设置课程是创新的基础,农村学校教育工作者的素养提升是创新的保障,留守青少年的自我认同感是创新的核心。
It requires the strength of families, schools and society to address the problems of Rural Retained Adolescents. In view of the reasons for their problems the educators should think about the innovative thinking of rural school education, and put forward that it is the basis of innovation to set up courses for the characteristics and individual needs. Moreover, the improvement of the literacy of rural school educators is the guarantee of innovation. The self-identity of left-behind teenagers is the core of innovation.
