针刺治疗鼻腔填塞术后头痛反应120例的临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture of headache following nasal packing

目的探讨针刺对鼻腔填塞术后头痛反应的治疗作用。方法将120例鼻内镜术后常规鼻腔填塞的患者随机分为对照组和观察组(各60例)。对照组给予术后常规抗炎、预防感染、止血治疗。观察组在给予常规治疗的同时给予普通针刺治疗,每日2次,每次留针30min,连续3天。分别于术后24h、48h、72h采用VAS评分观察患者疼痛缓减情况。结果两组患者术后头痛均减轻(P<0.05),但观察组针刺组病人头痛较对照组显著减轻(P<0.05),观察组总体有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位针刺疗法能有效缓减鼻腔填塞术后头痛反应。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on headache caused by Postoperative Nasal packing.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with conventional nasal packing after endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group(60 cases each groups).The control group was given routine anti-inflammatory,infection prevention,and hemostatic treatment.The observation group was given regular acupuncture treatment(twice a day,for 30 minutes each time,for 3 consecutive days)at the same time on the basic of conventional treatment.The pain relief was observed by VAS at 12h,24h and 48h after operation.Results The postoperative headache was reduced in both groups(P<0.05),but headache in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce the headache response after nasal-filling.
