摘要
高职教师企业实践锻炼已成为目前高职院校的常态,但许多学校教师赴企业之后的考核管理制度并不完善,以至于站在企业、学校和个人等角度都不能达到较好的实践锻炼的目的。从企业员工和高校教师考核管理的制度出发,探讨高职教师在企业实践锻炼期间的考核管理模式,进而完善并具体化考核管理制度,为后期教师赴企业实践锻炼的考核管理提供参考,进一步达到企业的需求与高校的社会服务功能以及提升教师实践能力的目的。
Practical training among higher vocational college teachers in enterprises has become the norm in higher vocational colleges.However,many colleges have not provided perfect appraisal and management system for teachers after going to the enterprises,so that they can't achieve better training aims from the perspectives of enterprises,colleges and individuals.The purpose of this paper is to explore the appraisal and management models of higher vocational teachers during the period of practice in enterprises,further improve and standardize the appraisal and management system,so as to provide references for the appraisal and management for later teachers who will practice in enterprises,and to further meet the requirements of enterprises and the social service functions of colleges and the purpose of improving teachers practical abilities.
