中国道路自信研究:一种国际比较的框架设计

A Study of Confidence in the Chinese Path: A Frame of International Comparison

在国际道路的比较中才能彰显中国道路的优越性。中国道路自信需要与三种不同类型的发展道路进行比较,并满足一些条件:一是和起点不一致国家相比较,中国和这些国家差距在缩小;二是和起点一致的国家相比较,中国发展相对较好;三是和进行改旗易帜的国家相比较,这些国家的发展并不如意。国际道路比较可以用政治绩效、经济绩效、文化绩效三重指标从整体上进行具体分析。国际道路比较还应遵循逆向思维的问题导向,即从当今影响中国道路自信的一些问题出发。如果和中国进行比较的国家同样存在这些问题,甚至比中国还严重,那么更有理由对中国道路充满自信。

The Chinese path shows its advantages in international comparison.We can gain confidence in the Chinese path by comparing it with other three types of development:First,compared with the countries with different starting points,China is narrowing its gap with them.Secondly,China develops relatively better,compared with those countries starting at the same point;Thirdly,the development of those countries,who have transformed from the socialist into capitalist development path,is far from satisfactory compared with China.The international comparison of development can be analyzed in terms of three indicators:political performance,economic performance,and cultural performance.The comparison should also follow the problem orientation of reverse thinking,that is,starting from some problems affecting our confidence in the Chinese path.If the problems in the countries we are comparing are the same as or even worse than ours,we should have every reason to be confident in the Chinese path.
