摘要
提出了一种空降战车模拟着地冲击试验方法.按照试验方法进行空降试验,得到了不同测点的“时间-过载”曲线.结果表明:车底甲板中心位置最大冲击加速度为17.451g,冲击时间231ms,满足试验要求,验证了该模拟试验方法可行、有效.该试验方法较实装空投具有试验条件要求低,可操作性强且环境条件易于控制,可大幅提高试验的迭代次数,节省试验费用.
A test method for simulating landing impact of airborne combat vehicle is proposed.The‘time-load’curves of different measuring points are obtained by airborne test according to the test method.The results show that the maximum impact acceleration at the center of the vehicle bottom deck is 17.451g and the impact time is 231ms,which meets the test requirements.The simulation test method is validated to be feasible and effective.The test method has lower test conditions,stronger maneuverability and easier control of environmental conditions than the actual air drop.It can greatly increase the number of iterations and save test cost.
